We accompany and consult the humanistic association in Germany by their construction and interior projetcs in Berlin. In several former retail and entertainment spaces we create the “House of Humanism” as well as the “Office of the friends of Humanism”

A cobblestone barn, a historic workshop, a farmers house: we will re-use and renew several of these interesting buildings in the coming month, addin contemporary materials and structures to historic details.

Our attic construction now has a roof. Congratulations to our client and the carpenters!

A small gem in Kreuzberg, the extension of an existing attic apartment with two additional rooms, is now finished. The client is happy – we are, too!

We supervise the contemporary transformation of a 1970s row end house. The construction is almost finished. The house gets a bright and spatious transormation. On the ground floor, kitchen and living room become one, panoramic windows and a large glass sliding door to the terrace are added. All levels have new floor plans, materials and design elements.

The challenges lie in the little details – our first housing project, a timberframe construction, gets an extention in brick and concrete – the shell has been finished today!

We are constructing an attic apartment with a common rooftop terrace and a greenroof in an extremly dense building block in Berlin.

We are transforming a wonderful old barn in Mecklenburg Western-Pomerania into housing by adding a ‘dwelling cube’. Together with the owner, we start this demanding and amitious task.

We started the develppment of two apartment buildings with altogether 15 apartments in a quiet side street in Pankow-Niederschönhausen. The permit has already been granted, the property will be acwuired by the group in the coming weeks. There are some vacant apartments left, more info on the project can be found >>here

Our large-scale piece in the passageway of the Neukölln Opera house was a great success! We would like to thank the festival for the opportunity to build this signature project, our many helping hands and the thousands of curious visitors!

SPAR*K begins the reconstruction of a 70s row house in Berlin-Frohnau

SPAR*K are part of the ‘Day of architecture’ national architecture festival. On Saturday, 23rd of June, starting 2 p.m. we welcome all architecture and art aficionados for an exhibition and drinks and inteesting talks in our office. We are looking forward to see you there!

SPAR*K collaborates with MIKUB eV to support underdeveloped rural areas both in Brandenburg / Uckermark and Podum / Coratia. Currently we’re looking for buildings in both areas to develop with construction camps. A satisfying social project!
