Peter Kölln

Peter Kölln is commonly known for breakfast cereals. As a new concept, a flagship store was designed for the company from Elmshorn in a prime location in Hamburg to emphasize its natural image: with great attention to detail, mostly natural materials and an environmentally friendly energy concept, the shop was designed and built in Hamburg Speicherstadt in in a short period of time and is now open to the public. A highlight is the oat mill, where visitors can compile their own muesli. On behalf and according to the concept of the live communications agency Vitamin e, SPAR*K conducted tender, construction and detail design and supervised the three month construction period up to completion
